The Tennessee Titans took a big step backward after last week’s impressive performance with a 19-11 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers.
The Titans were dreadful offensively and eventually benched quarterback Vince Young in favor of backup Kerry Collins.
Collins did lead the Titans to their only touchdown of the game, but he really didn’t do any better than Young.
The Titans had seven turnovers on the day, and you probably couldn’t beat a high school team giving the football away like that. ( Read More…)

Texas Longhorns head coach Mack Brown said Tennessee Titan’s QB Vince Young should receive the Heisman if Reggie Bush has to give it back. Bush might have to give back his Heisman award because of the benefits he was given while at USC.
Young had a phenomenal season and was probably just as, if not more, deserving of the award than Bush anyway.
I’m not sure I understand why the award would be stripped from Bush considering it has nothing to do with his play on the field. If he used performance-enhancers, that would be understandable, but receiving benefits does not make him a better player.
